Shelby Hammonds

Shelby is a teacher at East Laurens Elementary. She has been a member of the Clark’s family for five years and has instructed circuit classes for over two years. Shelby created a passion for running after realizing a major weakness in her life: food and relaxation (aka laziness). By setting goals and developing a healthy mindset, the gym and outdoor adventures are now her kind of relaxation. Outside of the gym, you can be sure to find Shelby in Athens cheering on the Dawgs or traveling to new places.
